Harvest Alliance Autumn Conference 2026

• Doors opens at 1pm (the venue will not be open for attendees before 1pm)

• There are a limited number of meal plans available

• The only dietary requirements we can cater for are gluten-free or vegetarian

• You cannot book meal plans on-the-door. If you miss out, there will be a list available of local places to eat

We recommend booking as soon as possible, as the prices will rise the closer we get to the conference. There may be other options available for accommodation; please do your own research.

• Nearest tube station is Colliers Wood

• If travelling from outside the UK, get on the underground and make your way to Colliers Wood Station

• Church is a 10min walk from Colliers Wood Station

• Bus routes are available

• Venue doors opens at 1pm (if you arrive early, there are cafes and coffee shops nearby where you can wait)

• Parking is not available at the venue (a small number of disabled spaces are available, please email mail@harvestalliance.org in advance)

Doors will open for registration at 1pm on Monday. If you arrive before this time, we kindly ask that you wait elsewhere in the surrounding area, as the venue will be busy with people getting it ready for you.

No, Meal Plans can only be purchased online. Online closing date: 27th September at midnight. If you miss out there will be a list available of local places to eat.

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event (less the website fee), details are subject to change without notice.
