About:
We'd love to invite you to our annual global gathering this October in London, UK. All are welcome to join us, whether from near or afar. We will welcome many wonderful, familiar faces from our Global Harvest Alliance Core Teams and family to share, so keep an eye out as we share this.
Our sessions will include times of worship, teaching and ministry. Placing a high value on relationships, we're looking forward to reconnecting, meeting new faces and sharing meals.

Day booking is available if you are unable to join us for all 3 days.
You can book on-the-door (prices may differ to online).
Doors opens at 1pm (the venue will not be open for attendees before 1pm)
Online closing date: Tuesday 29th September, midnight
Meal Plans
Meal plans can be booked on Eventbrite (make sure you scroll down on the ticket menu to find them).
There are a limited number of meal plans available.
The only dietary requirements we can cater for are gluten-free or vegetarian.
You cannot book meal plans on-the-door. If you miss out, there will be a list available of local places to eat.
Online closing date: Sunday 27th September, midnight
Accommodation
We recommend booking as soon as possible, as the prices will rise the closer we get to the conference. There may be other options available for accommodation; please do your own research.

The nearest tube station is Colliers Wood (if you are travelling from outside the UK, get on the underground and make your way to this station), from there the church is a 10min walk. Bus routes are also available.
Doors opens at 1pm (the venue will not be open for attendees before 1pm). If you arrive early, there are cafes and coffee shops nearby where you can wait.

Is there parking?
There is no parking available at the venue. Please do your own research on available parking in the surrounding area.
When will doors open?
Doors will open for registration at 1pm on Monday. If you arrive before this time, we kindly ask that you wait elsewhere in the surrounding area, as the venue will be busy with people getting it ready for you.
Can I register on-the-door?
Yes you can register on-the-door (prices may differ from online). Online registration closes Tuesday 29th September at midnight. Our evening sessions starting at 7:30pm are free.
Can I purchase Meal Plans on-the-door?
No, Meal Plans can only be purchased online. Online closing date: 27th September at midnight. If you miss out there will be a list available of local places to eat.
