Who we are
Just as a Christian should be a member of a local congregation, a church or ministry should be part of
a larger group.
We need one another, and we are needed by one another. Christianity is personal but never private. We are called to live in a Christ-shaped interdependent relationship with other Christ followers.
Unfortunately, many churches and ministries exist in isolation or are orphaned. Even those who may be formally connected to a denomination or affiliation lack genuine relational integration with like-minded others. Harvest Alliance exists to meet this need. Member churches and ministries are expected to recognise and relate to Harvest Alliance as their primary “tribe” or affiliation, although many of the member ministries are also part of a denomination or other network for a variety of reasons.
We are a true alliance in that each member ministry is organisationally and legally autonomous. Harvest Alliance exists to provide a framework to facilitate relationships, accountability, resources, and assistance to member ministries.
Ministry is a journey, an ultramarathon, and not a sprint. We need to surround ourselves with others who are on the same journey.

Word & Spirit
Many of the Core Team leaders in Harvest Alliance have collaborated across various contexts for many years. Some previously belonged to different networks, denominations or affiliations, while others worked together on staff at churches or ministries. Several have been involved in church plants or attended ministry schools together.
If there is one common thread, it is a shared value for revival and a commitment to remaining sensitive and responsive to the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in our time. This commitment reflects the “Spirit” aspect of being a ‘Word and Spirit’ relational and apostolic family.
Another defining feature among our leaders and members is a steadfast adherence to the authority of Scripture and a dedicated defence of biblical teachings, while simultaneously recognising and celebrating a diversity of theological perspectives and traditions. This highlights the “Word” aspect of our relational and apostolic family.
Our Roots
The roots of Harvest Alliance stretch back several decades. Its founders and many member churches and ministries were profoundly impacted by a significant outpouring of the Holy Spirit that began in the mid-1990s and continues today. This revival or renewal, was not confined to a single location but spread rapidly around the globe. To name a single location or ministry would not capture what unites us, as countless diverse and often unconnected ministries were touched by this move of God.
While Harvest Alliance recognises and honours its heritage, our focus is on what God is doing now. We are committed to diligently pursuing the calling God has placed on us for this time.
As of January 2020, many of our churches and ministry partners came together as a fresh expression of our revival movement. We continue as a relational, apostolic network of churches birthed in revival and shaped by our FIRE values. This is an exciting new chapter for our global family, and we invite all our friends to join us on this journey.

Our branding was thoughtfully designed to visually represent the heart of our family, filled with meaning and purpose.
Each ring symbolises God in His three forms: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. As an alliance, we celebrate individuality while being united by our shared commitment to revival and the harvest. The image of three individual circles illustrates this harmony—distinct entities, bonded together, crossing paths, and supporting one another as one body.
Family is central to who we are. Our inspiration comes from the three-band wedding ring: the engagement ring, the wedding ring, and the eternity ring. While we’re not entering a marriage, our branding reflects our commitment to nurturing relationships within our Kingdom family, supporting each other not out of obligation, but out of mutual love and connection.
